Mango lassi

Mango lassi (adapted from The Food Network)
Ingredients
- 500g of full fat plain yoghurt
- 500 mL milk
- 1 ripe mango.
- Sugar to taste
- Groung cardamom to taste
- Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend for 5 minutes.
Method
Put all the ingredients in a large bowl and blend it for about 5min. Adjust the sugar if necessary. Poor into individual glasses and serve.
